As we kick off another school year, we want to highlight the vital role of the Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency (MBAEA) in our educational community. MBAEA is dedicated to making a difference in education, offering invaluable services to special education students, supporting all teachers and schools (public and non-public), and assisting school leaders across the region.
Supporting Special Education: MBAEA is committed to ensuring every special education student receives the resources and support they need to succeed.
Empowering Educators: Our agency provides essential support to all teachers, helping them excel in the classroom. Sometimes, our actions are direct, and other times, we work behind the scenes, but If a teacher needs support, we are ready to step forward at any time.
Partnering with All Schools: MBAEA collaborates with public and non-public schools to foster an environment where students can flourish.
Empowering School Leaders: We empower school leaders with the skills and knowledge to drive positive change in their institutions.
Efficiency in Education: MBAEA's work ensures the state of Iowa can allocate resources efficiently, creating robust supports for education while keeping the cost per student below most of our bordering states.
