AEA Data Solutions
Data is abundant, but with limited time and resources, the challenge is finding ways to accurately analyze and compile all the information in a way that allows educators to make data-driven decisions that ultimately have a positive impact on student achievement. The Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency (MBAEA) recognized this challenge and organized our service delivery system around supporting districts and all educators with this important task.
MBAEA’s supports include content, behavior, intervention and continuous school improvement expertise, and an AEA Data Team. The team collaborates with district and building administrators, teachers, counselors, and AEA staff to assist with interactive database development, spreadsheet template creation and training, report preparation, and creative solution development for unique data needs. These tools create time-saving and process improvement opportunities to manage collecting, combining, formatting, and distributing data.
